Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa has an exciting opportunity in our Warehouse & Distribution department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Training Controller role, which is based in Midrand.
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide a specialized and effective
training and development service to a designated team, focusing on the acquisition of competence and performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage CAP process.
- Develop training material.
- Implement training.
- Training administration.
- Implement and Anchoring Change.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications / Experience
- HR Degree or equivalent.
- N6 Diploma or other relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years production/FMCG experience.
- WCM exposure and experience will be advantageous
- SAP experience and being a trained, registered assessor, will be advantageous.
- Good PC literacy required (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

- Understanding and development of BOPs.
- Development of work instructions.

- Identify, develop and cost learning solutions.
- Knowledge of learner driven techniques and formal training methods.
- Knowledge of ABI processes.
- Coaching on-the-job.
- Conduct a formative assessment to evaluate CAP
- Procedure reports as required.
- Knowledge of HRD standards, National Training Agenda.
- Diagnostic assessments to meet departmental plans.
- Compile and issue reports according to Regional and Divisional requirements.
- Record and control training costs to meet budget.
- Maintain training records to meet divisional HRD standards.
- Knowledge of divisional business plan.
- Knowledge of business strategies especially HR support.
